I am Attorney-at-Law and a member of District Chamber of Attorney-at-Law in Łódź, since 2010. I graduated from the Faculty of Law in Łódź University, and postgraduate studies in Legal Service for Entrepreneurs at the Faculty of Law of the University of Łódź. I gained my professional experience in one of the most reputable law firms in Łódź voivodeship.

Years of experience in cooperation with clients taught me that the efficiency of actions and keeping the clients well-informed, which in turn makes them comfortable and certain about lawyer’s full commitment to the entrusted issue, are crucial for the final outcome and constitute the best recommendation for the future. I also believe that the substantive and legal correctness as well as optimization of the solutions applied are equally important, irrespective of individual or business clients involved. 

Whenever it is possible, I prefer using simple solutions, if applied correctly they work out the best.

I’m engaged with day-to-day legal services for domestic and foreign enterprises, as well as commercial companies and entities of other legal forms. I provide legal support for management bodies, supervise the compliance with applicable legal provisions, procedures and internal documentation of enterprises, represent clients in external relations - both with business partners and public administration bodies - deal with drawing-up and negotiation of contracts, especially trading ones. I also advise entrepreneurs on company-classified information and issues related to unfair competition.

I have extensive experience in representing clients in court disputes, as I have taken part in hundreds of proceedings, and was acting on behalf of a market leader in the insurance industry. I was involved in complex disputes over significant construction investments (including multi-million claim for the General Contractor against the Investor, regarding the construction of one of the most modern speedway stadiums in Poland; multi-million series of claims brought by the General Consortium of Contractors against the Investor, regarding the construction of one of the most modern multimodal stations in Europe).

I also provide comprehensive legal assistance on employment law, representing both sides of the disputes. Within my expertise there are issues related to transaction services and real-estates disputes, as well.
