Proper employer-employee relations shouldn’t be underestimated, as they are in fact fundamental for the effective functioning of the enterprise. Moreover, any error, committed by the employer, whether at the first stage of employing (e.g. by not regulating the issue of non-competition and confidentiality clause), or at the stage of termination of the work relationship (e.g. by incorrect reason for termination) - may lead to severe financial consequences, as well as organizational problems on employer’s part. We do realize that even compliance with all employment law provisions may not be enough to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Therefore, we offer our clients legal support including the identification and minimization of potential risks, which in case of arising are handled by our team who implement proper strategies and procedures for crisis management, caused either by internal events or external circumstances, beyond employer’s control.


We provide comprehensive legal assistance in the scope of employment law and employment relations based on civil law contracts. We advise employers on all issues related to the broad spectrum of HR policies - from creating the employment relationship, its modification at all stages and termination of the contract.

We support HR departments in enterprises, as well as provide legal assistance to individual clients in scope of drawing-up and analysis of all employment documents, individual and collective redundancies, representing business clients in contacts with employees and their representatives, as well as trade unions, including negotiations, both in individual and collective disputes.

We take part in court disputes arising from employment relations, and represent our clients before supervisory and control authorities for compliance with labor law, including ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) and PIP (The National Labor Inspectorate).
We provide legal assistance both to employers of small, medium and large enterprises, as well as employees themselves in individual matters related to employment.
